Melany F. Toledo
Education:
Neofocus - Functional training
IHP University - Personal trainer
Collegy group - Nutrition
Experience:
I have dedicated almost my entire life to exercise and movement. I became a dance instructor after 12 years of experience, until I was inspired by fitness and completed the necessary studies to become a personal trainer. I have helped a large number of people not only to lead healthier lives but also to feel different from the inside out. With enthusiasm and discipline, I have met and exceeded the expectations of my students/clients.
Specialization:
Personal training for: beginners or intermediate individuals looking to lower their body fat percentage or increase their body mass percentage through balance and discipline. People seeking a healthier lifestyle and looking to balance their lives with exercise. People who struggle to incorporate exercise into their lives, whether due to a lack of willpower or motivation. Functional training adapted to the needs and preferences of each individual (machines, dumbbells, bodyweight, circuits, combined cardio, injury recovery exercises, or exercises to improve body mobility).
I listen to all of your needs and take care of them, maintaining a positive attitude and motivational discipline. Always acknowledging your strengths and weaknesses
I can train in Spanish and English.
Recommendations:
“You have been the best trainer and friend. Aside from all your knowledge of nutrition and as a trainer, you helped me a lot mentally and emotionally, and in a short time we achieved many things together. I achieved the best version of myself thanks to you. 100% recommended.” Miguel Romero
“Thank you for everything you have done for me. You helped me overcome in a matter of months a stage in my life that I thought I would never get out of. I went from having an eating disorder and weighing 38 kg to then weighing 74 kg and having problems with insulin and hormones, so that with you I could reach 57 kg and feel great about myself, setting personal and healthy goals to become a better version of myself every day. I am very grateful to have met you, and although at the beginning I almost died during the workouts and thought I wasn't progressing, I needed to know that it was and will continue to be a long process that will always be worth it. Thank you for allowing me to have stable physical and mental health; however, this is not the end, but the beginning of the A new life for my best self. Thank you for letting me be who I am now. – María López
