Mosfellsbær

World Class Mosfellsbær opened as a 700 m² gym on 15 December 2007. On 11 January 2020 a 900 m² extension added two new changing rooms, an infrared hot studio, a group class studio, a cycling studio and a kids' corner. The weight room has strength machines, free weights and cardio: treadmills, cross-trainers, stair climbers and bikes. Equipment is by Life Fitness and Hammer Strength. A weight room trainer is included in your membership. The cycling studio has 40 IC7/IC8 bikes on tiered platforms with LED lighting. The hot studio has infrared heat in the ceiling and floor, plus heating and humidity units for hot classes. A general group class studio and spacious childcare. Members have access to all open classes.
