About the class
Yoga to rock from Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Metallica, Guns N' Roses and more. We work from the basic yoga poses with a focus on strength around the spine, and each person listens to their body and respects their limits. The studio is hot, around 37°, and is an infrared studio. Bring a large towel to cover your mat and a water bottle.
