Scan the QR code
Open the QR code in the app and show it to the scanner at the club. The scanner reads your palm for the first time and links it to your account.

One club at a time.
The palm scanners arrive at the clubs over the coming weeks. Until then, use the eye scanner as before. Register your palm now and you are set the day the scanner reaches your club.
Questions and answers
Do I need to touch the scanner?
No. You hold your palm about 10 cm from the scanner and it reads it without contact.
Do I need to bring my phone?
No. The phone is only used once, when you sign up. After that your palm is enough.
What is stored about my palm?
IN PROGRESS: an answer on what is stored, where and for how long will come from the World Class data protection officer before launch.
Can I delete my registration?
IN PROGRESS: an answer on how the registration and palm data are deleted will come before launch.
Does the eye scanner still work?
Yes, until the palm scanner arrives at your club.
