Led by international yoga teacher and artist Lana Vogestad, this two-day workshop invites you to reconnect with yourself through an empowering fusion of therapeutic Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, theory and meditation. Rooted in the Barkan Method and the Hot Yoga lineage from Calcutta, YNDI Hot Yoga integrates rich teachings from other traditions as well for an all-encompassing, nonlinear practice to access your potential and connect to something bigger, to connect to bliss/ yndi.
Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, this workshop is a space for illumination, inspiration, and coming home to yourself.
